Administrative assistant or legal technician

Our firm is looking for a full-time or part-time administrative assistant or paralegal.
In addition to the usual administrative tasks of filing and managing customer files, the candidate will be required to carry out drafting and documentation verification tasks, as well as jurisprudential and doctrinal research. This is in addition to correspondence between lawyers or with the courts.

Excellent French is a must, as is a good knowledge of English.

The candidate will need to be quick-witted, observant and organized, with a desire to learn and improve on a daily basis, and an ambition to get the job done right.
The location is 500-1600 Henri-Bourassa Boulevard West, Suite 500, Montreal.
