OUR STORY

Sabbagh et Associé Inc. is a law firm that has been established in Montreal since 1987. Using its international vision, the firm has worked mainly in real estate, corporate and civil law. International trade mandates have multiplied throughout the past 37 years, which enabled the firm to develop a wide open mind and a sharp expertise about different cultures as well as different ways to do things between several countries. We therefore, retaining our independence, concluded several strategic alliances worldwide with other law firms, allowing us to gain access to a wealth of knowledge and information. The goal of the firm has always been protect the rights of domestic and foreign customers, for both local mandates in Quebec and elsewhere. This mandate has been consistent and has allowed us to grow.

Me Paul Sabbagh

Mr. Paul Sabbagh founded the law firm Sabbagh & Associé Inc. in 1987 and has been practicing there as a litigation attorney ever since. His areas of expertise include civil law, real estate law, commercial law, and estate law, with a focus on alternative dispute prevention and resolution methods. His expertise also extends to more complex cases involving international law, both in commercial transactions and in litigation before Quebec courts. He has represented clients before all civil courts in Quebec as well as before the Supreme Court of Canada.

In addition, Me Sabbagh was a lecturer at the University of Montreal. and co-author of “LegisPratique – Code de procédure civile annoté” between 2020 and 2025 He is the author of “La responsabilité civile judiciaire“, published in spring 2023, by LexisNexis. Sabbagh also served on the board of directors of Danse Imédia OBNL Inc. (Festival Quartiers Danses) for 20 years and was on the board of directors of École Alefba Inc., a non-profit organization and language school, for ten years.
